Shipping

We make the utmost effort to save our mail order customers money when shipping orders.

We use USPS shipping for most of our orders, unless requested otherwhise.  For lightweight purchases that fit in an envelope, we charge $2.95 to package and ship via parcel post within the U.S.  International packages of this size will incur additional charges.

Purchases under two pounds requiring a box will be shipped via priority mail box for $6.95 to destinations inside the U.S.  Heavier purchases that fit in a USPS Priority Mail Flat rate box will be packaged and shipped for $10.95 to U.S. addresses.  International customers should inquire about shipping rates by email or calling 701-323-9222.

Return Policy
All online sales of undamaged merchandise are considered final.  Damaged merchandise will be refunded less the cost of shipping, when items are returned to us postage paid.

In store policy on returns is as follows:  No returns or exchanges are accepted on finished jewelry, beads or beading supplies.  Exchanges or in-store credit only on other items, such as gifts, purses, etc.  Unsatisfactory gourmet items are replaced like-in-kind.  Thanks!
